Why am I blogging?


I am blogging because I have 3 months until my wedding, and I want to lose whatever I can and tone as much as I can!

I find that when I blog, or write what I eat or what I do I tend to be more accountable with everything I do and therefore, I have decided to blog on my weight loss journey.

Currently I am doing Weight Watchers. When I follow program I find that it really works - I am just having a hard time doing it...there's always an excuse or always something I have to go to, but no more...I am on the "bride diet" so to speak :)

I am looking for support online from anyone who cares and knows how hard it is to go through this.

My current stats are:

Age: 27
Height: 5'6
Weight: 155 lbs

Now for the most part, I'm quite proportioned. I carry most of my weight in the stomach and back and chest. The chest however never goes away (I guess that could be a good thing!)

My dress is strapless so I want to be as toned as possible. The back is corset style, so that creates lots of room for...ugghh...back fat.

My goals are:

Follow program - 21 points a day/35 flex a week (on healthy items only)
Weight training - 3 times a week
Cardio - 4 times a week
Yoga - 1- 2 times a week - power yoga
One day rest (Mondays because I have something going on every Monday night)

I guess, ideally i would like to lose 15 pounds - 5 pounds per month. I also want nice shapely arms and back.

My fiance is going to try as much as possible also, which helps me out a lot...he just doesn't understand the other side of things (eating, back fat, etc...)
